Once again, I ate like total crap over the weekend. But, I was lucky enough to at least stay the same on the scale. When am I finally going to be able to make sensible decisions on days when my meals may not be quite so structured? I'm starting to not think it's possible. Oh yea, did I mention I failed at journaling...again?
This week's another week. Another week to start fresh and recommit. It's going to be tough though- I have a wedding on Saturday. Needless to say, wedding's are HORRIBLE for someone who's trying to diet. Wish me luck...
